Bari Red Wine Vinegar is barrel aged for up to two years and made from the best wines from select California vineyards. We use the slow-process Orleans method with no added water or artificial color to produce a vinegar with a complex, bold flavor. Perfect for pairing with our Bari Extra Virgin Olive Oil in vinaigrettes, marinades, and sauces.
