Roasted Sweet Potatoe Wedges

  • 2 Medium Sweet Potatoes or Yams
  • 1/4 Cup BARIĀ® Traditional Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper To Taste

Slice sweet potatoes into wedges, coat with BARIĀ® Delicate Traditional Virgin Olive Oil, salt and pepper to taste, and place onto a baking sheet. Cook in the oven at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
