Rib Eye Steaks
- 4 Rib Eye Steaks
- 3 Tablespoons BARIĀ® Fruity Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 Minced Garlic Cloves
- 2 Tablespoons Minced Fresh Thyme
- 1 Teaspoon Salt (Sea Salt of Kosher Salt is best)
- 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
Coat steaks with the olive oil. Evenly distribute salt, pepper, garlic, thyme, and lemon juice onto both sides of steak. Let marinate for at least 1 hour, but over night is better. Place steaks onto a hot grill and cook for 4-6 minutes per side. After removing the steak from the grill let the meat rest for at least 5 minutes before serving. Grilled/Roasted Vegetables and Watermelon Salad go great with Watermelon Salad
