Olive Oil & Garlic Pasta Sauce

  • 1 cup BARIĀ® Traditional Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 10 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 bunch Italian parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pasta water
  • salt and pepper

Heat pan and add olive oil and garlic. Cook until lightly brown. Add parsley and fry in oil briefly, then add water from pasta into pan. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour over 1 lb. cooked pasta.
