Cilantro Lime Salad Dressing
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 3/4 Teaspoon Minced Ginger Root
- 1/4 Cup Lime Juice
- 1/2 Cup Honey
- 2 Teaspoons BARI® Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Packed Cilantro Leaves
- 1/2 Cup BARI® Fruit Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/ Teaspoon Salt
Place garlic cloves and ginger into a food processor; pulse until garlic is finely chopped. Add lime juice, honey, balsamic vinegar, and salt, add the cilantro leaves; pulse until blended. With food processor on, slowly drizzle in the BARI® Fruit Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
