It was early afternoon on a Saturday when I received a message informing me that friends are coming over to watch the game. A walk into my pantry revealed we were short on food and in need of a run to the grocery store. I began to panic. Our friends were going to be here soon and I didn’t have the time to leave the house. I still had to do my hair and makeup, clean up around the house and prepare food for our guests – and my husband was nowhere to be found. (ugh!)
Suddenly, it came to me – Bruschetta Flat Bread.
The beauty of flat bread is that you can use all the everyday ingredients you keep in your refrigerator, pantry and freezer as toppings. It is light and comforting – and still feels like a meal. When you mix together Bari’s Olive Oil with the Bruschetta Flat Bread, you will receive a taste of restaurant quality food for your friends. Make sure to top your flatbread with the balsamic vinegar glaze. It looks fancy and tastes really good.
This flat bread is a no-brainer and can impress any guest at your home in minutes. Your friends will never know how little trouble you experienced to make such a simple, fun and delicious dish.
Have a great afternoon!
