The Extra Fine Pure oil is a blend of pure olive oil and 40% Mission olive extra virgin oil. Many competing products contain as low as 5% extra virgin oil. This oil is sure to please those that prefer the lighter flavored olive oil. (We are sorry that we are no longer able to supply this olive oil in a 1 gallon tin.)
