Balsamic Glazed Salmon with Spinach Mashed Potatoes

Deliciously Simple.

How often do you look in your pantry and wonder what the best type of seasoning is to go on your fish?  Many people enjoy the health benefits of fish, but do not like the taste of it.  A good piece of fish combined with great flavor in a seasoning can go a long way to impressing your guests or your family.  Time restraints force a lot of people to reach into the cupboard and use store-brand sauces to flavor their fish, but then the fish is dominated by the taste of barbeque, habanero or Pico hot sauce.

Wouldn’t it be nice to be able to offer a more original flavor that compliments a great piece of salmon?  Of course!  Consider this Balsamic Glaze Salmon that mixes the best of Bari’s Orange infused Balsamic Vinegar to bring out that fresh and fruity flavor of the Infused Orange with a rich and robust flavor of the Balsamic Vinegar. This wonderful Balsamic Glaze will give your salmon filet a beautiful balance of flavor without sacrificing the taste of fish.   Compliment your salmon filet with Spinach Mashed Potatoes.

Enjoy!
