About Us

About BARI Olive OilSince its founding in 1936 by the Lamanuzzi and Pantaleo families, BARI© has been a part of the family dinner table across America.

Current owners Kyle and Ryan Sawatzky are the fifth generation to farm the family estate. We strive to make sure every bottle of extra virgin olive oil we produce is of a premium quality that we would serve to any guest in our home.

Well known for our Buttery flavored oil produced from late harvest Mission olives we have built a reputation for quality and consistency. We have found over the years that Americans love choices.

With this in mind we have developed oils that would fit into three flavor profiles, Delicate, Fruity, and Robust. We harvest certain varieties at specific times to produce a consistent and distinct flavor profile.

Along the way we also introduced our Infused line of olive oil consisting of Lemon, Orange, Basil, Tandoori Masala, Fajita, Chipotle, Jalapeno and Garlic. These have been a real hit with customers and you can expect to see new flavors added soon.

Our most important addition has been the launch of our new CCOF certified organic extra virgin olive oil. We believe that this has been an important first step in creating a line of food products that is ecologically responsible and helps take a healthy product like olive oil to the next level.
